Steven is the Consulting Manager in CRS’s Shanghai office. He has more than 15 years’ working experiences in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries. Steven specializes in middle to senior positions searches for clients in the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, and other related hi-tech sectors.

Prior to joining CRS, Steven was a senior consultant for a global semiconductor industry association. He was responsible for establishing and coordinating government relationship between oversea companies with local high-tech industrial parks in China. He also has years of engineering and BD management background in high-tech MNCs. As a recruitment consultant, Steven is recognized for his network, technical and engineering background, and his extensive experiences to work with companies doing business in the China market.

Steven earned his Bachelor Degree of Science with a major in Mechanics from Peking University, and Master’s Degree of Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
