Patricia is a client partner in CRS’s Beijing office. She specializes in middle to senior positions searches for clients in, industrial, new energy, financial services and IT sectors. Prior to joining CRS, she served as Marketing director for GE Security Greater China, global account sales leader for GE security APEC, and Transportation vertical GM of Beijing 2008 Olympic solution and Mega Events for GE China. She was ever a regional manager, WSSD, Motorola and chief representative of Magnetic China before joining GE.

Patricia has over 15 years of intensive experience in MNC with proved track records in both China and US.

Patricia holds a master degree of Commerce with concentration in Marketing and HR management, Faculty of Economic and Business from University of Sydney.
