Dr. Zhijie Wang is a Partner of CRS based in Shanghai, and he is focused in the service for VC and PE industry, with expertise in technological areas such as biotech and medical, chemical and materials, environmental science, and semiconductor industry.

Dr. Wang used to take the management function for deal diligence and negotiations, to work closely with local government agencies in FOF management. His interest is technology transfer and commercialization, early stage venture capital, and incubations of such start-ups.

Dr. Zhijie Wang received his BS and MS Degrees from Peking University with major in Chemistry. He obtained his Ph.D. Degree in Molecular Biology at University of Southern California. He also has an MBA Degree from Marshall School of Business University of Southern California.
