GY is one of the partners of CRS in Shanghai. He has been an executive search consultant for a few years in international and local firms. He specializes in middle to senior position searches for the  industries of Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, Automotive and Financial Services.

As a consultant, GY has taken up assignments mostly in China, Singapore and Malaysia, covering Sales & Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management and General Management.

Prior to executive search, GY worked in a giant semiconductor company for a few years, leading a manufacturing team with more than 200 employees.

He earned his Bachelor Degree in University of International Business & Economics in Beijing.
