Steven is the partner of Corporate Resources Solutions (CRS). He has been an executive search consultant for over 8 years and specializes in middle to senior positions searches for the industries of Industrial, healthcare, Pharmaceutical and energy.

As a recruitment consultant, Steven is recognized for his knowledge of the intricate problems that face companies wishing to expand in the China market. He has been working in the human resource management function for over 15 years, his professional background includes holding Staffing Manager and Human Resources Manager positions in Kodak and GE in China, spending lots of time on recruitment.

Prior to starting his business, he worked for an international search firm, has showed versatility in handling a wide range of recruitment situations and developed a prolific track record.

He earned his B.E. and majored in EHS at the Capital University of Economics and Trade, and Master of Applied Psychology from Beijing University.
