We will conduct extensive discussions and interviews with relevant individuals to improve and refine the list of prospective candidates. Following interviews with potential candidates, in which we will determine their relevant experiences and qualifications as well as their levels of interest, we will develop a short list of those who appear best qualified. In the interviewing and assessing stage, we will employ various tools and techniques to assess the candidates while keeping those best qualified highly engaged.
