We will provide detailed reports on each of the short-listed candidates corresponding to the profile, examining the candidates’ background, skills, motivation and capacity to integrate quickly into the company. The remuneration of the candidates will also be included and we will also present the expectations of the candidates while managing it so that to produce a win-win solution.

Meanwhile, we will conduct periodic reviews with clients to discuss our relative findings in the search and the prospective candidates who appear to be best qualified. We will also facilitate arrangement for the client to meet the candidates in suitable times and locations.
