We will support for the integration of the hired candidate to quickly fit into the new environment over a given period of time after on boarding. Even at the earlier stage of the search, we will start help the candidates to predict the challenges of the new job and be prepared for the change. We will closely coach and follow-up the candidate’s development within the company while keeping close contact with our client to make sure he/she is successful.
